This weekend the Gaydon Mini Festival was being held at the Hetitage Motor Centre in Gaydon, Warwickshire. The weather was brilliant and made for a great day out for all. Everyone at Mini Sport had a great time, as did Paddy Hopkirk who was with us, signing your memorabilia.

Many people queued to take a moment to talk to Paddy and get their items signed. We did however ask for a small contribution to charity in return for a signature. People were in no way obliged to donate anything but we are pleased to report that a total of £127 was raised for ‘Skidz’ who help provide motoring education for young people.

Paddy is very proud to be a patron for this charity and it was important for him and for us to try and collect as much as possible. We would like to take this opportunity to thank those who donated for their generosity and to thank everyone who came to our stand for their politeness as it made it helped make it a really enjoyable weekend for us.

Charity aside their was plenty of fun and games to be enjoyed at the festival as well as many Minis of which to browse through, including our Mini Bogus 2. The event was well attended and looks to be growing every year. We hope to see everyone there again next year and thanks again!
