Help Mini Sport help others!
Mini Sport are always happy to help others and many of the staff here have been supporting young Theo Bishop who has Cerebral Palsy. Theo who is 8 years old and full of energy has a positive outlook on the world. Doctors said that he would never walk but with the help of a zimmer frame and wheel chair he hasn’t let it slow him down.
He has recently been accepted for a Selective Dorsal Rhizotomy operation in America. This operation will help Theo to balance and walk unaided however, as always this will cost money. The target to raise is £45,000 and we want to help them achieve it!
Theo has currently raised £5,000 to go towards his operation and a brighter future! This will hopefully be greatly increased when a lot of Signed Boxing and Football Memorabilia is auctioned. This includes a Signed Man United, Treble Winning Shirt, A signed Liverpool shirt by Dalglish Keegan and Rush, Manny Pacqiou signed boxing Gloves plus many other prizes including clothes vouchers.
All these items will be auctioned this Friday at the Bacup Hub where Barry McGuigan will be guest speaker. The night also includes a 3 Course Meal and Comedian. Entry is £50 and all for a great cause! To buy a ticket please contact Matt Hartley on 07747566858
