Yesterday Mark Brooke came in with his Mini Cooper 1293 Senior Mini Stox car. He wanted a tuning session on the rolling road as he thought the car had more potential than it was showing. We were happy to help as always.

After giving the Mini Stox a quick run on the rolling road our technician quickly diagnosed the problem. He thought the Ignition curve was wrong and it didn’t seem to be fueling right at high revs.

 

 

 

 

 

So our Mini Sport technician set out to alter the Carburettor needles characteristics, hoping to eliminate the fueling problem. Sure enough the Minis performance was a lot better! Mark was really happy with the results and swore to be back soon, since it has been nearly ten years since he had last visited us before today!
