mf2013-imageThis weekend is the Uttoxeter Mini Fest, hosted by the british Mini Club. It will be a great event as always with fun and games for eveyone and of course lots of beautiful Minis! Although Mini Sport will be having one very special Mini attending with Diddy Dave coming along with his World conquering Mini Van.

Dave set off on his Van on the ‘Wrong Way Round’ World Tour some years a go now and complete a full circle of the Earth in 3 stints. Firstly across Canada and Alaska before returning to travel through America and down the West Coast. Leg 3 across Japan into Russia and through Europe was to be the longest leg although possibly the quickest with him only being allowed limited time in Russia.

There were plenty of events and breakdowns along the way but the Mini Van made it and proved the durability of the Mini. Dave will be attending Uttoxeter with us and will be only too happy to share the stories of his travels!
