We, at Mini Sport are excited to invite you to the exciting debut of the first ever ” in association with Mini Sport – the World’s leading suppliers of Mini Parts. The ‘Cooper Mini Day‘, which will take part on the 28th March 2015 will act as an exclusive celebration of all things Mini, Cooper and Mini Sport – hosted for all Mini and Motorsport enthusiasts at our headquarters in Padiham, Lancashire. 2015 has kicked off with a bang and with all the events, projects and competition, we at Mini Sport have been involved in over the last few months, we find it hard to believe that we’re only in March. As usual, our garages have been busy with a whole host of conversion and restoration jobs – prepping Minis to their full potential for Road and Rally in preparation of the commencing competition season.
Mini Cooper 500 Conversions!Earlier in the year three members of the ‘Rover Mini Cooper Sport 500/2000 Register’, one of the largest Mini clubs created specifically for owners and enthusiasts of the genuine Cooper Sport 500’s; contacted us with an exciting prospect – to convert three Mini Cooper 500s with Cooper tuning kits to improve performance in the iconic Mini models. Following the forecast of this conversion project, the news followed that Mike Cooper of the Cooper Car Company and the Mini Cooper legacy was to attend the release of the converted cars and hand-over the newly converted Minis to their passionate owners. With this in mind, we decided that it was time that the ‘Cooper Mini Day’ event was officially launched, a humble festival for all Mini enthusiasts to rejoice in all things Mini, Cooper and Mini Sport. The event will attract Mini Clubs, Registers and enthusiasts from across the UK and will be covered by Mini Magazine. |
An appealing range of features, offers and exhibitions will be on show with the opportunity to benefit from competitions, special offers and the knowledge of the Mini Sport team. We encourage all attendees to take advantage of the Mini Sport enterprise with a look around our showroom and garages, talking Mini’s with our mechanics and liaising with other members of the thriving Mini community.
